Your role in our mission

 

As a Senior Delivery Leader specializing in Integrated Eligibility Projects, your core responsibilities will include:

 

  • Project Management Expertise: Apply your strong project management skills to effectively plan, execute, and monitor complex integrated eligibility projects. This includes defining project scope, setting milestones, allocating resources, and managing risks to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.

 

  • In-depth knowledge of Integrated Eligibility Systems: Utilize your comprehensive understanding of integrated eligibility systems, including their architecture, functionality, and integration points, to coordinate and align with technical teams. Ensure that solutions meet the requirements and expectations of state and local government clients. With a minimum of 10 years of experience and multiple successful implementations, your expertise will guide project success.

 

  • Team Leadership and Collaboration: Lead cross-functional teams, motivating and empowering team members to excel in their roles. Foster a collaborative work environment, promote effective communication, and facilitate productive interactions among team members, stakeholders, and clients.

 

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with state and local government clients. Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills to understand client needs, address concerns, and manage expectations throughout the engagement. Be the trusted partner clients turn to for guidance.

 

  • Quality Assurance and Compliance: Ensure the quality and compliance of integrated eligibility solutions by maintaining a sharp focus on detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality products. Adhere to relevant regulations and standards to guarantee the integrity of the delivered solutions.

What we're looking for

 

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of a minimum of 10 years of experience in integrated eligibility projects, with 2-3 successful implementations.
  • Strong project management skills, including scope definition, milestone setting, resource allocation, and risk management.
  • In-depth knowledge of integrated eligibility systems, architecture, and integration points.
  • Exceptional team leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.
  • Strong client relationship management and interpersonal skills.
  • A commitment to quality assurance and compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
