Summary
We are seeking a talented individual for a Sr. Director, Contract Management who will be responsible for managing the implementation and operational aspects of strategic relationships. This role will interact with internal business units, external customers, vendors and strategic partners to provide timely updates and support on various contractual issues. Monitoring of contractual spend, partner staffing levels and performance are also key responsibilities.
Your role in our mission
- Drafting, evaluating, negotiating and finalizing new statements of work (SOW), contract amendments, contract renewals and SOW terminations within established standards.
- Serving as the point of contact for internal customers on contractual matters, providing redlined recommendations, and negotiating directly with external customers/vendors in partnership with the business.
- Maintaining and abstracting contractual agreements in corporate contract management system.
- Performs other functions as assigned.
What we're looking for
- Strong working knowledge of technology/government contracts preferred.
- Ability to work with key business partners, Legal, and Procurement in order to maximize business results for all parties. Must be able to identify and articulate the contractual concerns that are relevant to the Company.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills—ability to influence and persuade in decision making processes both internally and externally.
- Ability to draft clear, concise and professional correspondence, contractual documentation, policies and other documentation.
- Must be able to work effectively as a team member with every level of Gainwell staff and external counsel.
- Excellent research, analytical, problem solving and organizational skills required.

- This is a remote opportunity with annual travel possible up to 20%.

The pay range for this position is $130,600.00 - $186,500.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
