Summary

As a Senior Director – Product Development at Gainwell, you will provide executive leadership overseeing the design, development, and delivery of innovative product solutions that support healthcare technology programs. This role is responsible for driving product strategy, ensuring high-quality delivery, and aligning product capabilities with business objectives and client needs. You will partner with executive leadership, product management, engineering, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, impactful solutions that advance Gainwell’s mission to improve health and human services.

Your role in our mission

Lead multiple product development teams, ensuring delivery of scalable, reliable, and high-quality solutions.
Oversee the full product development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, and deployment.
Define and execute short- and long-term product development strategies aligned with business goals and client needs.
Drive cross-functional collaboration across product, engineering, QA, and operations to ensure successful delivery outcomes.
Lead and develop senior leaders and teams, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.

What we're looking for

12–15+ years of experience in product development, software engineering, or technology leadership, including senior management roles
Proven experience leading large product development organizations and delivering complex, enterprise-scale solutions
Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, system architecture, and modern development methodologies
Experience with healthcare technology, digital platforms, or regulated environments preferred
Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills with the ability to influence executive stakeholders

The pay range for this position is $137,100.00 - $195,800.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
