Your role in our mission

 

As a Senior Enterprise Architect specializing in the Integrated Eligibility space within the state and local market, your key responsibilities will include:

 

  • Extensive Experience in Enterprise Architecture: Leverage your deep understanding of enterprise architecture principles, frameworks, and best practices to architect complex, scalable, and integrated systems. With a minimum of 10 years of experience, you will lead the design and implementation of transformative projects in the state and local government sectors.

 

  • Knowledge of State and Local Public Assistance Programs: Apply your familiarity with state and local public assistance programs to design systems that meet the specific eligibility criteria, rules, regulations, and processes for programs such as Medicaid, SNAP, TANF, housing assistance, and more.

 

  • Expertise in Integration Technologies: Harness your proficiency in integration technologies, including middleware, service-oriented architecture (SOA), APIs, and data integration, to create seamless data flow and communication between diverse systems and agencies involved in eligibility determination.

 

  • Leadership and Collaboration Skills: Lead cross-functional teams, work collaboratively with government agencies and stakeholders, and employ your effective leadership, communication, and collaboration skills to guide projects from conception to successful implementation.

 

  • Regulatory Compliance and Security: Ensure that integrated eligibility systems adhere to stringent regulatory compliance and security standards. Stay updated on data privacy laws, security protocols, and industry best practices to safeguard sensitive citizen data and public funds against potential threats.

What we're looking for

 

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successfully designing and implementing complex projects in the state and local government sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of enterprise architecture principles, frameworks, and best practices.
  • Familiarity with state and local public assistance programs and their eligibility criteria.
  • Expertise in integration technologies, middleware, SOA, APIs, and data integration.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
