Summary

As Senior Manager – Service Delivery, you will own the end-to-end delivery of mission-critical technology initiatives, including Design, Development, and Implementation (DDI) projects. This role demands a unique blend of strategic leadership and hands-on project management expertise; someone who can roll up their sleeves and drive results across the full SDLC. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage client relationships, and ensure high-quality delivery of IT solutions that improve public health and government services. If you have a proven track record of implementing products, enterprise systems, managing scope and risk, and delivering outcomes that matter, this is your opportunity to make a lasting impact.

Your role in our mission

  • Lead End-to-End Delivery: Own full SDLC for IT product implementations from requirements validations through development, testing, data migration, deployment, and post-go-live support.
  • Drive Program Success: Manage DDI projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives, timelines, and compliance standards.
  • Hands-On Leadership: Actively engage in technical discussions, and issue resolution, not just oversight.
  • Client Partnership: Build strong relationships with public sector clients, serving as a trusted advisor and escalation point.
  • Project Governance: Apply PMP best practices for planning, deliverables management, risk management, and quality assurance across all engagements.
  • Team Development: Mentor and guide project managers, business analysts, and technical leads, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with various internal, cross functional teams to ensure seamless delivery for the client.
  • Scope and Budget Management: Oversee estimation, pricing, and change control for complex IT implementation projects.

  • 8+ years of IT Consulting experience in State & Local Government, with experience working with cross-functional teams and offshore or onsite delivery models required. Familiarity with Medicaid and other public sector frameworks preferred.
  • Proven success delivering enterprise IT solutions and managing end-to-end SDLC in complex environments, with strong technical understanding of system architecture, integration, and data flows required.
