Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and technically proficient Senior Manager, Service Delivery to lead the delivery and implementation of healthcare technology solutions, including Immunization Registries and other public health systems. This role combines leadership, client engagement, and hands-on technical expertise to ensure successful service delivery and application implementation.

Your role in our mission

  • Lead service delivery operations for healthcare systems, ensuring performance, reliability, and compliance.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of application implementations for new clients, including requirements gathering, configuration, integration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
  • Oversee Immunization Registry, Early intervention platforms and other public health systems, ensuring alignment with CDC and state-level requirements.
  • Collaborate with clients, public health agencies, and internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet business and regulatory needs.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA, HL7, and FHIR standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement in service delivery processes, SLAs, and KPIs.
  • Lead cross-functional teams including developers, analysts, and support staff.
  • Provide technical guidance and support in system architecture, integration, and troubleshooting.
  • Manage incident response, root cause analysis, and resolution for system issues.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and client-facing materials.

What we're looking for

  • 8+ years of experience in IT service delivery, with at least 3 years in a healthcare setting.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, .NET, and scripting tools for system integration and automation.
  • Technical proficiency in system architecture, cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS), and enterprise applications.
  • Experience with HL7, FHIR, and other healthcare interoperability standards.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • PMP or ITIL certification (Preferred)

  • Fully Remote Opportunity – Work from anywhere in the U.S.
  • Minimal Travel Required – Occasional travel opportunities (0-10%).
  • Video cameras must be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientation
  • Ability to work in a team environment

 

The pay range for this position is $115,900.00 - $165,600.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
