Your role in our mission
- Implement Gainwell Project Scheduling controls on the Account or Program. Ensure that processes, tools and methods are operated consistently
- Coach/support PM team on Project Scheduling processes
- Facilitate the design, development and ownership of the Portfolio/Program or project plan, ensuring that all milestones and internal/external dependencies are identified, logged and monitored
- Assist in the identification and ongoing management of dependencies by facilitating Dependency Workshops and Dependency Review Workshops
- Maintain and update plans, advising on forecasted milestones, missed dependencies, critical path analysis and impact assessment
- Ensure reporting is implemented and maintained consistently and effectively and aggregated for the Portfolio/Program
- Ensure all product-based plans include activities, time and resource estimates for risk mitigation
- Ensure quality review activities and associated time have been allocated realistically
- Analyze interfaces and dependencies between projects and recommend actions where anomalies exist or there are areas of concern
- Undertake tracking and maintenance of dependencies
- Identify and report deviations and trigger exception reports when appropriate
- Provide estimating support to the Portfolio/Program/Project
- Check the health of the schedule using the schedule quality analyzer tool/tool that checks best practices applied, including generation of Earned Value metrics.
What we're looking for
- Six or more years of experience in project management
- Three or more years working as an IT Project Scheduler, using MS Project
- MS Project Online/Server experience preferred
- Experience managing effort-based schedules
What you should expect in this role
- Opportunities to travel through your work (0-15%)
- Remote position
- Ability to work West/East Coast hours as needed
- Video cameras must be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientation

The pay range for this position is $69,400.00 - $99,200.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
