We’re looking for a talented senior manager to lead our multimedia efforts. As a leader, you’ll advise internal and external clients on the best ways to incorporate multimedia that enhances marketing communications and sales opportunities. As an editor, you’ll execute creative concepts that blow their socks off. You'll also be responsible for guiding freelance editors, production companies and talent who provide additional video, animation, voiceover and on-camera support to elevate the Gainwell brand.


We have multiple high-end video and DSLR cameras, along with all the accessories and software needed to work your magic. You’ll also have the flexibility of working remotely, with travel to locations when necessary.

Key Responsibilities


  • Concept, create and produce marketing communications including video, animation, podcasts and related materials.
  • Assemble finished product for various distribution platforms, including web, social and broadcast.
  • Protect the integrity of our corporate identity to ensure consistency in look and feel.
  • Deliver projects on schedule and within budget.
  • Effectively communicate project status to senior director of creative & brand, project managers, production teams and project owners.
  • Light, shoot, and direct video content using Canon and Sony camera systems.
  • Direct talent for filming or voiceover recording.
  • Manage priorities with multiple deadlines and high volume.
  • Work collaboratively with onsite and remote colleagues.
  • Eye for engaging imagery and creative storytelling.
  • Be the expert on the multimedia best practices, tools and platforms.
  • Collaborate with writers to develop detailed storyboards based on scripts.
  • Present to groups including executive leadership.
  • Travel occasionally for corporate events and special projects.


Required Skills


  • Expert proficiency with video editing and design software including Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Mastery of video and DSLR camera equipment, sound and lighting (studio and location).
  • Advanced knowledge of both Mac and PC platforms.
  • Ability to work proficiently with Microsoft Office software including PowerPoint, Word and Excel.




Bachelor’s degree in Film, Television, Video, Advertising, Design, Visual Communications, Fine Art or equivalent experience in a related field.
