  • Manages the day-to-day production regimen of multiple Operational groups.
  • Oversees and leads production operations through vendor activities 
  • Lead management of automated/mechanized mail processing offsite activities
  • Identifies and manages service improvements to increase customer satisfaction. 
  • Manages and ensures delivery of projects meet client and company expectations and needs.
  • Serves as liaison between Operations and various cross functional groups (IT, Client Engagement).


Your role in our mission

  • Supervise a team comprised of Exempt, non-exempt employees, or contingent workforce with well-defined scope, including directing daily work activities/priorities, time tracking, people recruitment and development, cost management and workforce planning.
  • Manage outsourced distribution ops activities
  • Responsible for hiring tasks. 
  • Manage team and individual performance. Monitors team members’ progress on goals.
  • Ensure services are provided on time and with robust quality.
  • Ensure processes and procedures, are documented, and reviewed/updated on a regular basis.
  • Coordinates with cross functional teams to implement Client change requests
  • Lead team toward operational excellence by monitoring KPI’s, ensuring team goals and contractual commitments are met.
  • Monitors Service Level Agreements.
  • Provides and present on production data to upper management as appropriate.
  • Good people management ability and handles all people care related activities.
  • Creates a working environment that is conducive to individual growth, high performance, challenging and rewarding.

 

What we're looking for

  • 5 or more years of leadership or supervisory experience
  • Experience with Labor arbitrage
  • Demonstrated capacity with technology (SQL, BI platforms, EDI)
  • Demonstrated ability leading a remote workforce
  • Experience with Print and Mail operations

 

What you should expect in this role

  • This is a hybrid position,
  • Candidates must reside in Dallas Ft. Worth Area

The pay range for this position is $79,000.00 - $112,900.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
