Connect your passion with purpose, teaming with people who thrive on finding innovative solutions to some of healthcare’s biggest challenges. Here are the details on this position.

As a PMO Business Analyst at Gainwell, you will operate as a force multiplier to the PMO Lead, supporting delivery governance, reporting, and execution discipline across complex healthcare programs. This role focuses on reporting accuracy, cadence management, and operational follow‑through—ensuring leadership has clear, timely visibility and that commitments do not slip due to lack of structure or coordination.

This is a hands‑on, long‑term analyst role, ideal for someone who thrives in complex environments, enjoys bringing order to ambiguity, and is comfortable operating between delivery teams, leadership, and clients.

Your role in our mission

  • Play a critical part in ensuring Gainwell is meeting our clients’ objectives in important areas.
  • Supporting PMO reporting and analytics, including executive dashboards, status reporting, variance analysis, and trend insights
  • Owning and maintaining delivery management artifacts such as RAID logs, action trackers, decision logs, and integrated schedules
  • Managing delivery cadences (weekly, monthly, quarterly), including preparation, input collection, follow‑ups, and closure
  • Partnering closely with the PMO Lead to help manage time, priorities, and dependencies across multiple workstreams
  • Supporting client‑facing and internal meetings, including agenda prep, materials, notes, and action tracking
  • Working across tools such as Excel, Power BI, ServiceNow, Smartsheet/MS Project, Jira/ADO, and SharePoint to ensure data consistency and traceability
  • Helping translate raw delivery data into clear, audit‑safe communications for leadership and client stakeholders
  • Proactively identifying execution gaps, reporting risks, and follow‑up items before they become escalations

What we're looking for

Experience & Background

  • 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, PMO Analyst, or Delivery Analyst
  • Experience supporting large, multi‑workstream programs (healthcare preferred, Medicaid a plus but not required)
  • Comfort operating in both internal and client‑exposed environments
  • Experience supporting PMOs or program leadership teams in execution, reporting, or governance roles

Core Skills

  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI strongly preferred
  • Working knowledge of ServiceNow, Jira/ADO, ALM tools, and collaboration platforms (SharePoint, Teams)
  • Strong organizational and follow‑through skills; able to chase inputs without creating friction
  • Clear, concise written and verbal communication with strong attention to detail
  • Able to manage ambiguity and shifting priorities without losing control of execution

What you should expect in this role

  • Work hours - Central Time or overlap heavily with Central Time
  • Opportunity to operate as a long‑term PMO specialist
