As a Senior Principal Information Security Architect at Gainwell, you will be a part of an innovative healthcare technology company with a mission to serve the healthcare needs of our communities. You will use your network testing and network management skills to drive the development of healthcare administration products used, and relied upon, by millions of patients. Your role in our mission

  • Designs complex application security architecture. Coordinate technical design/review activities with application development, enterprise architecture, information security, systems, network, and database groups to develop secure frameworks and enterprise applications.
  • Designs the enterprise security infrastructure and architectural topology, including recommending hardware, operating system, software, and information security requirements to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, availability, and privacy of information systems. Ensure consistency and sufficient integration with existing infrastructure.
  • Develops systems and procedures to safeguard internal information systems and databases from unauthorized users. Recommends and implements revisions as appropriate.
  • Researches, recommends and implements changes to procedures and systems to enhance systems security.
  • Oversees relationships with outside consultants/agencies as appropriate for independent security audits. Collaborates with business management to communicate security risk and countermeasures.

What we're looking for

  • Fifteen or more years of experience in information security
  • Experience working with current and emerging information security technologies and development methodologies

The pay range for this position is [[$124,900.00]] - [[$178,400.00]] per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
