  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product management, sales, and the Field Marketing/ABM team to ensure product marketing efforts—especially for Pharmacy—are aligned with overall go-to-market strategies and customer needs.
  • Launch Management: Lead launches for Pharmacy and other healthcare solutions, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure successful rollout and adoption.
  • Customer Insights & Feedback: Engage with state agency customers, prospects, and sales teams to gather feedback and insights, particularly around pharmacy benefit models, that inform ongoing product development and marketing strategies.
  • Performance Measurement: Track and report on the effectiveness of product marketing initiatives, making recommendations for continuous improvement.

  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful go-to-market strategies for complex healthcare or pharmacy solutions.
  • Strong experience in crafting product positioning, messaging, and content that speaks to decision-makers in state and government agencies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage market data and insights—especially related to pharmacy benefit models—to inform product and marketing strategies.
