Your role in our mission

  • Process international and/or multi-state payroll for hourly and salary employees; including reviewing and importing hours from time and attendance systems.
  • Prepare and upload adjustments and other miscellaneous files into third party payroll systems, e.g., bonus, retro payments, benefit arrears and severance.
  • Process garnishment refunds and new order submissions to third party payroll provider.
  • Execute all payroll transactions according to established schedules to ensure that payroll is processed accurately and timely.
  • Utilize Payroll Processing check lists to ensure all transactions and audits are performed.
  • Process off-cycle payment requests as needed.
  • Assist with maintaining payroll files.
  • Act as subject matter expert and main point of contact for general payroll related inquiries.
  • Maintains employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Strong problem-solving ability with consideration of SOX audit requirements

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience with ADP, e-Time and Workday preferred. 
  • Minimum of 3 years processing high volume, multi-state payroll for a mid to large size company strongly preferred.
  • Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation strongly preferred.
  • Ability to collaborate with functional teams
  • High attention to detail with the ability to effectively prioritize and complete multiple tasks
