Your role in our mission

Sr. Professional SAP S/4 HANA SD/OTB (Order to Bill) Functional Analyst is a senior-level  Business Relationship Management techno-functional position within our Information Services organization.  This position is responsible for understanding the capabilities SAP brings with its technology to support and enhance our Service Delivery organization.  Working with our Service Delivery business partners and the business, this position will manage demand for applications services work and prioritizing requests for application enhancements and new development across the business portfolio.

What we're looking for

  • Proficient with SAP S4 HANA SD/OTB (Order to Bill) subject matter expert in a project management business analysis capacity with both our business partners as well as IT SAP COE counterparts to help translate business requirements into functional design.  Defines and documents business needs into business requirements and validates solutions with the business.
  • Functional accountability of our SAP S/4 HANA SD, OTB, or BRIM (SAC, BW, BRIM-SOM/CC/CI/CM/CA) capabilities working in conjunction with our IT COE counterparts.
  • Applies knowledge of product platform functionality and the configuration toolkit to translate business requirements into functional and technical design specifications, configuration changes or initial settings, module-relevant security settings and reporting options.
  • Understands all relevant levels impacted by our SAP landscape including business processes and reporting requirements, user interface, ancillary technologies, and knowledge of the function of SAP modules. Applies, modifies, and/or recommends changes as appropriate.
  • Business relationships - Develop working relationships with a diverse group of people and gains an understanding of the complex nature of the company’s business
  • Business Case Development - Responsible for developing business case and overall project strategies including project plans for major efforts that satisfy the business needs of that functional area for review and approval by management
  • Building relationships as a trusted business partner with key business stakeholders and to act as a focal point for delivery of IT services
