As a Data Loss Prevention / Security Compliance at Gainwell, you will be a part of an innovative healthcare technology company with a mission to serve the healthcare needs of our communities. You will use your network testing and network management skills to drive the development of healthcare administration products used, and relied upon, by millions of patients. Your role in our mission

  • The Data Loss Prevention (DLP) manager will oversee the DLP program  including business engagement, strategy development, and program optimization.
  • Designing, maintaining, and updating rule sets and policies
  • Coordinating external stakeholders and DLP working group feedback
  • Overseeing program Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and report on program performance to steering committee
  • Monitoring and responding to alerts generated from the DLP system
  • Investigating incidents that originate within the DLP tool to determine root cause and drive them to closure
  • Coordinating with the data, privacy, and security teams with escalation and remediation of incidents
  • Providing feedback to vendors and support teams on potential defects and enhancements to the tool
  • Prior experience with Netskope and Splunk preferred

What we are looking for

  • Six or more years of experience in security policies and procedures, information systems security or computer operations
  • Experience working with company software and hardware products, Manage DLP Tool (Netskope / Splunk)
  • Experience working with domain structures, user authentication and digital signatures
  • Experience working with industrial and/or National Security Information security systems and implementation procedures
  • Certified information security systems professional (CISSP) certification preferred. Willingness to travel. May be required to be on call.

The pay range for this position is $73,913.00 - $92,435.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
