Your role in our mission

Design and Develop Test Automation Frameworks: Create and maintain advanced test automation frameworks to ensure comprehensive test coverage and efficient testing processes.
Enhance Testability: Collaborate with development and product teams to design software that is easily testable, including the implementation of test hooks and interfaces.
Serviceability: Work closely with operations and support teams to ensure software is serviceable, including the development of diagnostic tools, logging mechanisms, and notification systems.
Quality Assurance: Lead QA efforts, including the development and execution of test plans, test cases, and test scripts for both manual and automated testing.
Continuous Integration and Deployment: Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline to ensure rapid and reliable software delivery.
Performance Testing: Conduct performance and load testing to ensure software meets performance requirements.
Mentorship: Mentor junior SDETs and QA engineers, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and operations, to ensure quality is built into the software development lifecycle.

What we're looking for

8+ years of experience in software development and testing, with a focus on test automation and QA.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#. Experience with test automation tools like Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar.
Strong understanding of software testability, serviceability, and quality assurance principles.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.

The pay range for this position is $88,800.00 - $126,900.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
