Your role in our mission

  • Recruit qualified providers to participate in the Small Provider Billing and Training program.
  • Instruct providers on how to successfully bill the Medi-Cal program.
  • Review and correct provider’s claim before adjudication.
  • Provide telephone support to enrolled providers.
  • One year minimum experience.

What we're looking for

  • High school diploma or G.E.D.
  • Two or more years of customer service.
  • Knowledgeable about healthcare billing, preferably Medi-Cal.
  • Experience in providing verbal instructions to customers.
  • Experience working with and skilled in Microsoft products including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power.

  • Office environment and must live within 35 miles of West Sacramento, CA.

The pay range for this position is $31,200.00 - $44,500.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
