Summary

The Sr. Director, Payment Integrity (PI) Product Performance leads a small team that protects the Payment Integrity product line’s recurring revenue base, contributes to creation of incremental revenue, and drives profit margin expansion through the overlapping management of revenue controls, P&L optimization efforts, and operations improvements. In this highly-visible, strategic leadership capacity, the Sr. Director, PI Product Performance operates in a highly matrixed environment, managing responsibilities with shared accountability across Product, Operations, Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Information Technology stakeholder groups. Team deliverables are presented to Executive Leadership audiences at regular cadences.

Your role in our mission

  • Revenue Controls
    1. Tracks controls and mitigates risk to the PI revenue portfolio
    2. Employs advanced financial analysis and forecasting techniques to project and optimize revenue, including trade studies and resource allocation decision support
    3. Manages overall product portfolio integration to the recurring revenue budget process and represents the PI Product Team in forecast change discussions
    4. Tracks opportunities for product expansion and measures product yield in support of annual product revenue expansion targets
  • P&L Optimization
    1. Engineers and executes proposal response processes to ensure bids on new business are priced to win while meeting minimum margins.
    2. Provides ROI and impact analysis on resourcing decisions
    3. Provides analysis and recommendations on resource allocation to maximize business results
  • Operations Improvement
    1. Designs and deploys advanced data science products and analytics platforms for use by company-wide stakeholders.
    2. Leads continuous improvement events as directed by PI Product Owners to drive incremental value or savings.
    3. Designs, builds, and deploys simple automations and other technologies to improve processing efficiency and reduce human errors.
    4. Improves product quality through a structured process of defect identification, root cause analysis, and corrective action project management.
    5. Improves internal product processes through deployment of Lean principles.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in Payment Integrity.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a leadership/management role.
  • Proven success with working cross functionally.
  • Ability to manage revenue and cost savings across a PI organization.

 

What you should expect in this role

 

  • This role is 100% remote with up to 5-10% travel possible.

The pay range for this position is $137,100.00 - $180,800.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
