We are looking for a talented Senior Operations Program Manager who will be responsible for coordinating ongoing communication among team members and project stakeholders to maximize the value of data, tools and results all while adhering to project/program management standards. 

Your role in our mission

Essential Job Functions

  • Provides day-to-day project/program management to safeguard successful TPL Operations Management services
  • Creates, monitors, and analyzes project schedules while supervising the execution of all services 
  • Maintains project risk register to ensure that risks are effectively managed to minimize their impacts
  • Maintains and modifies Standard Operating Procedures for assigned account as required
  • Works with Business System Analysts to ensure programming code meets business requirements
  • Modifies existing software to correct errors, adapt new hardware and improve performance
  • Ensures tracking and monitoring of risks and issues reported to the client
  • Monitors and reports on Service Level Agreements and status


What we're looking for

Basic Qualifications

  • Active PMP Certification
  • 5+ years of 3rd party liability insurance/COB experience
  • 5+ years of MS Project & Visio experience
  • Strong knowledge of Agile/Framework methodologies
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel/Power Point/Word  
  • 3+ years of prior Healthcare experience
