Summary

We are seeking a talented Sr. Program Manager. This role encapsulates a deep commitment to client satisfaction, revenue generation, and continuous process improvement, providing an exciting opportunity for those looking to drive significant impact within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Interfaces with various employee, management, and client levels.  Develops and leads efforts to build controls, procedures, systems and techniques.  Conducts investigations and leads projects as appropriate.  Provides leadership to less experienced personnel.

Your role in our mission

  • Contribute to strategic client touchpoints such as implementations, revenue recognition, and inventory management, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance while developing controls, procedures, and techniques to evaluate contract/program status and compliance with customer requirements.
  • Serve as a vital liaison between the client engagement team and technical/product teams, facilitating swift issue resolution. This includes acting as a liaison between operations and other administrative support organizations, interfacing with subcontractors, vendors, customers, and performing extensive investigations as required.
  • Utilize a deep understanding of operations and our products to highlight key updates with significant implications for our clients, contributing to overall client satisfaction while conducting analysis leading to recommendations for cost and revenue performance improvements.
  • Develop and maintain a detailed knowledge base of client inventory management systems, leveraging data analysis to benchmark performance and identify opportunities for clients. This includes performing complex reporting for major contracts and/or programs and preparing reports for distribution to customers/user organizations.
  • Lead in troubleshooting pre and post implementation issues, optimizing product utilization and effectively managing inventory fallout. 
  • Spearhead the development of tools and training initiatives aimed at elevating the collective knowledge and proficiency across the client engagement team. This includes reviewing, advising, and/or performing non-routine analyses and preparing non-routine reports.
  • Collaborate with client engagement team and clients to craft projects and implementation plans that ensure client expectations are consistently met and exceeded.
  • Identify and actively pursue new sources of revenue across the commercial portfolio, establishing robust internal and external relationships.
  • Leverage strong product knowledge across COB & PI to facilitate strategic conversations and serve as a critical internal and external liaison.
  • Provide leadership and work guidance to less experienced personnel, fostering an environment of learning and professional growth.

What we're looking for

  • Nine (9) or more years of experience within Health Insurance, Government, Client Service/Business to Business, or Health Policy sectors, showcasing a comprehensive understanding coordination of benefit specific challenges and solutions
  • Four (4) or more years of project management experience, applying Agile, Waterfall, Lean, and Six Sigma methodologies to ensure timely and efficient project execution 
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare, or related field
  • Experience working with medical claims, eligibility and databases
  • Up to 10% Travel
  • Fully Remote in Texas

What you should expect in this role

  • This is a full-time permanent regular salaried (W-2) employee position.
    • Monday through Friday work schedule (40 hours per week).

  • New employees are eligible to take advantage of flexible vacation policy after ninety (90) calendar days of employment. Any exception requires manager approval prior to employee's Gainwell start date.

  • For all hybrid and remote positions employees' Broadband Internet connections, should have a minimum speed of 24MBS download and 8 MBS upload.  Greater speeds will of course provide better performance.
  • Video cameras must be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientation if hired.

The pay range for this position is $86,800.00 - $124,000.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
