We are looking for a talented Sr. Proposal Writer who has an overall passion for helping clients. This individual will be responsible for developing and driving business proposals that communicate solutions and strategy for targeted/assigned prospects and clients.

Your role in our mission

• Strong working knowledge of Medicaid Programs and Health and Human Services
• Ability to research related  industry(s) to understand customer and business issues/needs
• Demonstrate an understanding of business challenges within customer markets and how company technology enabled business solutions can address those needs
• Strong content writing experience to work with subject-matter experts and technical resources who develop solutions for our bids
• Assist with the content development for customer demos, and work with sales executives to provide overall messaging for the proposal
• Develop content that describes solutions, strategies, and vision while ensuring solutions embody company win themes and key differentiators
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for prospective clients and team members to deliver exemplary presentations 

What we're looking for

• BA in Communications, Journalism or English
• 3+ yrs of experience within Medicaid/HHS (Health and Human Services)
• Experience working with solution/product portfolios
• 5+ yrs experience in Business Writing
