Your Role In Our Mission

Job Responsibilities

  • Participate as the technical expert on projects or acts as subject matter expert with both our GIS business relationship managers and with our business partners to analyze user business requirements and translate into detail technical designs. Defines and documents technical specifications from business requirements and validates solutions with the business.
  • Technical configuration accountability of our SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Fieldglass and SAP CATS modules working in conjunction with our IT business analysts and the business.
  • Applies knowledge of product platform functionality and the configuration toolkit to translate business requirements into functional and technical design specifications, configuration changes or initial settings, module-relevant security settings and reporting options.
  • Understands all relevant levels impacted by our SAP landscape including business processes and reporting requirements, user interface, ancillary technologies, configuration toolset and a strong understanding of tables, fields, and the function of SAP modules. Applies, modifies, and/or recommends changes as appropriate.
  • Understands the integration of the software platform and implication of module changes on other module functionality, master data impacted, security and development solutions. Provides ongoing SAP functional system support. Communicates and interacts with business relationship teams and the business to resolve functional issues to meet the business’s requirements.
  • Provides and/or aids in the development of end-user training for product module(s).
  • Provides leadership and work guidance to less experienced personnel.

What We Are Looking For

  • 8+ years of ERP business solutions, business analysis or management analysis experience
  • Proficient in all the SuccessFactors, Fieldglass, CATS, and related components of SAP 
  • Proficient with other SAP S/4 Hana components capabilities   
  • Experience in configuration of SAP’s components to meet the defined business requirements

The pay range for this position is $80,100.00 - $100,100.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
