Your role in our mission

- Analyzes customer information requirements and product specifications to define technical content strategy and plan.
- Designs and develops written and/or visual product-related information hard copy, web (user/configuration/troubleshooting guides)
online information (interactive demos, help systems) - integrated into product for a variety of audiences (end user, system administrators, internal support engineers, product developers, training developers).
- Codes, builds, compiles, and tests online information and/or sets-up, loads and tests systems hardware to create information deliverables and provide feedback on ease of use and user interfaces to product development.
- As customer advocate, helps define/refine product requirements.
- Develops standards and style documents and templates, scripts, style sheets, and script and graphic libraries to ensure common look and feel.
- Interfaces with cross-functional areas as a member of the product development team, such as marketing, test, support, and manufacturing.
- Specialist: Applies developed subject matter knowledge to solve common and complex business issues within established guidelines and recommends appropriate alternatives. Works on problems/projects of diverse complexity and scope.
- Develop responsive and accessible UI/UX designs using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Implement component-based architecture for scalable front-end solutions.
- Integrate REST APIs for seamless data exchange.
- Design and optimize data models for workflow automation.
- Implement state management for improved application performance.
- Utilize visual scripting and drag-and-drop UI configuration for low-code/no-code solutions.
- Ensure compliance with WCAG accessibility standards.
- Collaborate in an Agile/Scrum environment for iterative development and continuous improvement.
What we're looking for
- 6+ year of applications/web development, web concepts, and setting up websites using .NET C#, ASP, ASP.NET and HTML.
- JavaScript and XML development
- Visual Studio Installation/Configuration; Visual Studio/Source Code repository (TFS Plus)
- Advanced SQL (SQL Server Developer Edition Installation/Configuration, Oracle Client Installation/Configuration)
- IIS Configuration
- Strong front-end skills, an understanding of accessibility (WCAG), state management, and no-code automation, and Agile/Scrum
Secondary Skills (Optional)
- Backend Development using .NET Core, Node.js, Java, Python
- Cloud Computing & DevOps: Cloud Infrastructure, CI/CD Pipelines, Scalability, Security Best Practices
- Prototyping & Design Tools: Figma, Adobe XD
- Low-Code Development
- Backend development, cloud computing, and DevOps

The pay range for this position is $72,800.00 - $104,000.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
