The Call Center Supervisor works closely with staff to ensure consistency in programs for the Medicaid recipient and facilitates effective interfaces among team members, providers and Medicaid recipients.  Call Center Supervisor is also responsible for ensuring the day-to-day implementation of Medicaid services policies and procedures. 

Your role in our mission

  • Oversight/Supervisor of dedicated call center team by overseeing hiring, training, staff recognition, and performance evaluation.
  • Fully engages in real-time performance monitoring to facilitate achievement of service level agreement requirements.
  • Ensures inquiries and issues are researched and resolved in compliance with state-defined policies, procedures, and criteria
  • Reviews and approves training curriculum to ensure staff are appropriately trained.
  • Continually monitors, assesses, and recommends improvement of the Call Center process

What we're looking for

  • Leadership and Call Center experience required
  • Experience with Medicaid preferred
  • Qualified by education or experience to provide oversight
  • Flexibility to work from home or office preferred
