Summary

As a Supervisor - Pharmacy Technician Support, you will be responsible for leading a remote team dedicated to providing high-quality customer service within pharmacy operations. You will oversee daily workflows, mentor team members, and ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs). This role requires a strong leader who can guide the team through complex customer interactions, implement process improvements, and maintain operational efficiency. You will collaborate with leadership to develop training programs, monitor key performance metrics, and ensure a seamless service experience for customers.

Your role in our mission

In this leadership role, you will:

  • Supervise and support a team of pharmacy technician support representatives in a remote work environment.
  • Assist in resolving escalated customer inquiries and provide guidance on complex issues.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to maintain service excellence and compliance with SLAs.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with leadership to refine processes and drive operational improvements.
  • Oversee workflow operations to ensure accuracy, compliance, and service efficiency.

What we're looking for

We are looking for a Supervisor - Pharmacy Technician Support with:

  • 6+ years of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare, pharmacy support, or insurance.
  • 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in a remote setting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to handle escalated customer issues effectively.
  • Experience working with CRM systems, help desk software, and performance tracking tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to lead and mentor a team.

The pay range for this position is $48,400.00 - $69,200.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
