Summary
As a System Integration/Interfaces Manager at Gainwell, you will contribute your skills as we harness the power of technology to help our clients improve the health and well-being of the members they serve — a community’s most vulnerable. Your role in our mission
- Manage and oversee service delivery team operations to ensure Gainwell products and services are delivered according to project schedule. Manage staff for career development, performance, and project assignments. Hire, train, and develop team members to support service delivery.
- Support organizational transformation efforts to analyze staff supporting tasks, develop shared support teams and create shared offerings around applications being supported today.
- Identify and implement service improvements to improve quality and reduce costs. Analyze work being done for integration and determine components of the tasks/work effort that can be offshored, automated, and standardized.
- Collaborate with account teams to develop demand forecasts and assist departments in planning and delivering end-to-end services. Process work requests for Shared Support. Coordinate estimates and communicate them to the account teams.
- Navigate complex relationships between delivery and client groups to strengthen client relationships
- Manage integration support for sales, DDI’s, and Maintenance and Operations for Gainwell accounts. Support proposal teams in integrating new and updating existing service offerings.
- Support analysis of Gainwell integration support and evaluation of technical tools to determine go forward solutions/strategies around integration.
What we're looking for
• 5 to 8 years of experience in a Medicaid environment and knowledge of Medicaid processing and implementing technology innovations for Medicaid specifically integration to external entities.
• Leadership experience in managing critical application support services, project leadership, and technical program management of IT implementation and maintenance.
• Understanding of healthcare technology and products and analytic skills to determine technical solutions to business challenges.
• Program and organizational management, budgeting, and forecasting experience.
• Ability to lead and motivate diverse teams to deliver high-quality results. Strong executive presence and communication skills.

This is a fully remote position with the flexibility to work from home, and we are considering candidates from all US locations.

The pay range for this position is $93,400.00 - $133,400.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
