Your role in our mission
• Supervises applications development teams in creating and maintaining strong, positive business partner relationships with the client(s) or potential clients.
• Oversees end to end systems service delivery ensuring that account specific objectives for applications services are met; develops operational solutions for technical support; creates forecasting and financial reporting for project delivery. Supports development of account implementation and operational plans for ongoing technical support. Reviews and resolves issues and problems related to staffing and estimating, client concerns and technical support operations.
• Ensures fiscal control by developing, monitoring, and adjusting organizational and project budgets and forecasts to achieve account financial targets including revenue, cost, margin, and operating income objectives.
• Ensures account client relationships and satisfaction are maintained by delivering on project solutions and/or applications needs, ensuring contract commitments are met as well as system compliance, developing long term application upgrade and migration strategies, and monitoring and resolving client satisfaction survey results.
•Applies ESB experience to develop knowledge of Gainwell offerings and services for System Integration including GainwellConnect.
• Creates organizations focused on delivering common services in a repeatable, quality manner. Applies existing knowledge of integration event processing and trading partner onboarding in a modular Medicaid environment to the Gainwell programs and projects supported.
• Collaborates with leadership on streamlining delivery; creating shared approaches across accounts to reduce costs and increase delivery capacity. Implements actions to drive efficiencies and change in the organization. Works with Shared Services and Account Delivery leadership to identify, and develop solution opportunities and ensure appropriate implementation of customer solutions.
• Understands and able to forecast resources, refine and leverage standard operating models to ensure that the appropriate company resources are available to meet client needs.
• Maintains expertise in management of operational excellence, client/account relationships and applications outsourcing, understands applications development methodology, best practices and principles, while sharing and collaborating with other team members. Uses appropriate practices and principles as warranted for client situations.
• Recommends and/or initiates the selection and hiring of employees. Trains and evaluates employees to enhance their performance, development, and work product. Addresses performance issues and makes recommendations for personnel actions. Makes recommendations for salary increases, transfers, and terminations to manager.
What we're looking for
• Eight or more years of supervisory experience in system integration, middleware, and enterprise-level IT System, including people management.
• In-depth knowledge of system integration functions and services within Medicaid Enterprise Systems. (Medicaid processing and Modular Medicaid experience)
• Proven experience in managing back-end communication with vendors to support integration and transactions.
• Experience managing integration hubs and handling a variety of transactions with different vendors.
• Strong project management skills, with experience managing multiple large/big technical projects.

This is a fully remote position with the flexibility to work from home, and we are considering candidates from all US locations.

The pay range for this position is $93,400.00 - $133,400.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
