Your role in our mission

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires, hiring managers, and contingent workers from offer acceptance through Day One, ensuring a smooth and supported onboarding experience.
  • Conduct onboarding prep calls to confirm work location, equipment needs, onboarding mentor assignments, and clarify CCC support expectations; and order and track equipment, ensuring all pre-Day One tasks are completed on time.
  • Coordinate with key stakeholders, including recruiters, IT, HR, onboarding, and compliance teams—to monitor background checks, track onboarding and equipment progress, and resolve issues proactively.
  • On Day One, verify the new hire’s identity, provide system access credentials, support initial technology setup, and participate in a welcome call to review onboarding essentials.
  • Maintain real-time updates in onboarding trackers (CCC and ONB), escalate concerns promptly, and communicate consistently with all stakeholders to ensure alignment and readiness.
  • This position offers an average of 29 hours of work each week. It's perfect for those seeking a flexible schedule while having significant impact in a dynamic team environment.

 

What we're looking for

  • Background in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition, with strong knowledge of recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Proven organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, coordinate with stakeholders, and provide timely updates.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills to support employee experience and confidently lead onboarding calls
  • Ability to work independently, demonstrate attention to detail, and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel at an intermediate level

The pay range for this position is $38,400.00 - $54,900.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
