This position will report directly to the Vice President of Talent & Development and will serve in a highly visible role, applying an in-depth consultative approach with business leaders and HR to lead talent management priorities.

Your role in our mission

Essential Job Function

  •  Partner closely with the business while leading the design, development and implementation of talent management strategies, programs, and solutions.
    • Performance management (goal setting, quarterly reviews, year-end reviews)
    • Talent Reviews (assessment, validation, and development of talent pipeline)
    • Succession planning
  • Facilitate leadership trainings as required (e.g., Franklin Covey)
  • Serve as subject matter expert for SAP Successfactors modules related to talent management


Basic Qualifications

  • Ten plus years of training or employee development experience
  • Experience working with human resources development and learning principles, practices, and procedures for both on-site and virtual presentations
  • Experience working with training principles, practices, and procedures
  • Experience working with company policies and procedures
  • Experience working with and leading teams in the development and deployment of learning programs
  • Strong knowledge of leadership competencies and development techniques
  • Experience using multiple tools and applications for talent management processes and programs (e.g., Successfactors, Workday, Betterworks)
