Your role in our mission

  • Assist in keeping projects moving as Gainwell helps clients deliver better health and human services outcomes through technology and innovation.
  • Liaise between development and implementation teams to ensure clear communications and expectations.
  • Configure technical system settings, ensuring client/project deadlines are met. 
  • Communicate with the project team leadership; recommend program changes as needed 
  • Triage issues related to Engineering work and escalate as needed

What we're looking for

  • 9+ years of IT experience in development, business analysis, application implementation, support, and troubleshooting, with 3+ years of Healthcare experience preferred
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills; able to communicate effectively at all levels
  • Technical lead with a coding background; experience in integration, conversion, and running/monitoring batch jobs
  • Basic knowledge of .Net (not coding) and networking concepts
  • Nice to have: SSRS, SQL

The pay range for this position is $72,800.00 - $104,000.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
