Your role in our mission

  • Designs and develops technical training curriculum and programs, both on-site and on-line, for employees on various software and/or hardware applications and systems. Works with applicable business unit/area to establish content, prerequisite skills and knowledge for trainees. Ensures that training courses address all levels of employee.
  • Researches, designs and develops technical and user manuals to support training. Works with engineering, technical support, and/or applicable area to ensure that material is accurate and reflects current product features.
  • Conducts advanced level training courses, both on-site and on-line, for highly complex applications and systems to include lectures and hands-on sessions.
  • Works with business units/technical areas to conduct needs assessments to ensure training needs are met.
  • Reviews and analyzes course evaluations to determine effectiveness of training sessions. Implements revisions to course materials as necessary to improve training effectiveness.
  • Reviews external training programs to determine feasibility of purchase. Delivers pilot (alpha and beta) classes, tests and evaluates curriculum, makes recommendations as appropriate.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, engineering or related field preferred
  • Nine or more years of technical training experience
  • Experience working with company software, systems, applications and network products
  • Experience working with communications practices, principles and procedures for both on-site and on-line presentations

The pay range for this position is $80,600.00 - $115,200.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
