Summary

As an ​Experienced Test Engineer at Gainwell, you will be a part of an innovative healthcare technology company with a mission to serve the healthcare needs of our communities. You will use software testing skills, business knowledge, leadership, and project management skills to drive the development of healthcare administration products used, and relied upon, by millions of patients. Your role in our mission

Show that you’re a real pro as you support creating purpose-built solutions and technologies that help us deliver valuable better health and human services outcomes

  • Develop overall test data management and fulfillment strategy - work with Technology and Infra Manager to develop delivery capability and methods to address data needs of various projects
  • Develop plans and methods to build reusable test data repositories - initiate improvement projects to build reusable data, monitor and report on progress on a regular basis
  • Develop knowledge base of assets to track requirements, designs and usage of Test Data
  • Drive the move of manual data creation activity towards automated data creation in order to improve data quality, completeness and lower cost of delivery
  • Review work products for correctness, completion, adherence to the SDLC standards and alignment to requestor needs
  • Prepare and publish test data operational metrics and forecasts
  • Able to present testing excellence clearly and effectively to accounts, vendors, and client leadership
  • Ensures deliverables are completed as scheduled and with the highest quality and coverage
  • Manages cost models and staffing plans; Identifies and remediate risks
  • Expert in building and managing test development and execution burn downs, expert in testing processes and delivery including contract analysis, test strategy, development, execution, defect management and quality evidence and results
  • A trusted partner with other departments, e.g., project management, data conversion, network and infrastructure, requirements management and software development. 

What we're looking for

  • 7+ years of experience in TDM space
  • Healthcare and Delphix experience mandatory
  • Medicaid/Medicare experience preferred
  • Expertise in executing test data management solutions - data masking, sub setting, refreshes, provisioning Gold Copy, virtualization, supporting TDM self service
  • Ability to work with multiple teams and create solutions to support mutltiple programs

The pay range for this position is $90,900  -  $106,400 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
