Your role in our mission
- Act as single point of contact for the Programs within the delivery towers
- Monitor and review the ongoing status of all the Program activities with delivery team and dependencies with other key stakeholders
- Collaborate with stakeholders for day-to-day management of priorities, delivery scope, schedule and work deliverables
- Liaison with Test Managers at onsite & offshore to meet delivery commitments
- Participate in regular test management governance meetings, continuous improvement towards current business practices/ processes
- Responsible for weekly and monthly reports on test delivery
- Assess program status and RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues and Dependencies)
- Share best practices and insights from other Gainwell customers
- Manage program changes and ensure adherence to overall SLA’s defined
- Work with Test CoE process governance team and identify areas to deploy processes, tools and standards improvement areas in test delivery
- Analyze Test CoE metrics to drive continuous improvement within the program
- Ensure effective collaboration with Shared Services (automation, environment, performance, tools etc.) within Test CoE
- Share project/program specific best practices across Test CoE
- Monitor deployment of quality & audit process improvements and enhancements to improve outcomes and efficiencies across Test organization
- Demand-capacity planning
- Participate in periodic projects pipeline review
- Estimate the efforts
- Evaluate skill demand based on the nature of the project/program
What we're looking for
- Business degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Business degree in related field preferred
- 10 or more years of related experience
- 5 or more years in a supervisory or management capacity
- Experience working in software Quality Assurance or Test Programmer role, in a global environment
- Experience working in a global organization of size, scope and complexity

- This is a full-time permanent regular salaried (W-2) employee position.
- Remote position (work from home)
- May work in varying time zones during the life of the project
- Some nights and weekends nearing project go live

- Video cameras must be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientation

The pay range for this position is $108,400.00 - $154,800.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
