Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Senior Manager (Transformation & Delivery Excellence Leader) to drive client delivery excellence and transformation activities within our Implementation Practice. This role will focus on improving delivery methodologies, implementing transformation strategies, and ensuring operational consistency across engagements. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution to elevate client outcomes and internal delivery standards.
Your role in our mission
- Delivery Methodology & Governance
- Enhance and enforce software delivery lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies across projects.
- Establish best practices for delivery adherence and continuous improvement.
- Transformation Strategy & Execution
- Develop and maintain transformation roadmaps and scorecards to measure progress and impact.
- Drive organizational change initiatives aligned with business objectives and client needs.
- Operational Playbooks & Standardization
- Design, implement, and maintain playbooks that define “how work gets done” across delivery teams.
- Ensure consistent application of processes and tools to improve efficiency and quality.
- Performance Measurement & Reporting
- Create dashboards and metrics to monitor delivery performance and transformation outcomes.
- Provide actionable insights to leadership for decision-making and course correction.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Leadership
- Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to align on delivery goals and transformation priorities.
- Mentor and guide delivery teams to adopt best practices and embrace change.
What we're looking for
- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, IT, or related field (Master’s preferred) with 10+ years in delivery management, transformation, or consulting within healthcare or technology sectors.
- Technical Expertise: Proven knowledge of SDLC methodologies, process improvement frameworks, and experience creating playbooks, scorecards, and transformation roadmaps.
- Leadership & Collaboration: Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex initiatives effectively.
- Core Skills: Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills to drive strategic outcomes.
- Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with healthcare regulations, project management certifications (PMP, Agile), and change management experience (e.g., Prosci or equivalent).
What you should expect in this role
- This is a full-time permanent regular salaried (W-2) employee position.
- Monday through Friday work schedule (40 hours per week).
- May travel up to 20% for trainings and client meetings.

- New employees are eligible to take advantage of flexible vacation policy after ninety (90) calendar days of employment. Any exception requires manager approval prior to employee's Gainwell start date.

- For all hybrid and remote positions employees' Broadband Internet connections, should have a minimum speed of 24MBS download and 8 MBS upload. Greater speeds will of course provide better performance.
- Video cameras must be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientation if hired.

The pay range for this position is $108,400.00 - $154,800.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
