Gainwell Technologies is a healthcare technology company undergoing a strategic acquisition and integration program. Within this program, a series of initiatives has been commenced to drive sustainable business improvement and reduce operating costs. The Value Creation Project Manager is part of the Integration Management Office (IMO) and is responsible for working with operational delivery leaders and project managers to help ensure that the initiatives achieve their savings and cost targets.

 

The Value Creation Project Manager role includes tasks such as:

 

  • Quickly understanding project details and dependencies
  • Bringing project planning rigor to projects to help delivery leaders achieve financial goals
  • Identifying and helping manage emerging risks and issues
  • Tracking project milestones and progress
  • Communicating project progress to senior managers
  • Acting as a trusted and reliable liaison between Operations and Finance
  • Preparing briefing materials for project reviews
  • Helping shape and structure the project planning of new initiatives
  • Keeping reporting systems up to date with project data
  • Providing professional guidance and mentoring to junior team members

 

Your experience should include:

 

  • Working in a fast-paced and cross-functional environment
  • Management of multiple projects simultaneously
  • Working in technology, cloud migration and process-related projects
  • Working in financially oriented projects
  • Experience in healthcare is a plus but not mandatory
  • Managing and mentoring team members and ensuring oversight of work products
