Summary
Serves as a key contributor in defining and shaping the strategic vision for the organization’s product portfolio, including identification of current and emerging market opportunities. Oversees development and execution of portfolio strategies, policies, and programs to meet growth, revenue, performance, and customer value objectives across the enterprise. Partners closely with senior executives, client stakeholders, and cross‑functional leaders to ensure product investments align with enterprise strategy and market demand.
Your role in our mission
- Shapes the portfolio management vision and strategic direction for the business. Collaborates with engineering, sales, marketing, client delivery, and industry verticals to support the vision, drive results, and support profitable growth in new and existing markets.
- Oversees the monitoring of product strategies and roadmaps across the full product lifecycle—from concept and business case through development, launch, growth, and retirement. Ensures alignment between product priorities, technical feasibility, and customer outcomes.
- Responsible for achieving overall financial, growth, and performance objectives for the product portfolio. Monitors product KPIs, revenue forecasts, and investment performance; identifies variances and determines corrective actions as needed.
- Leads major product and solution initiatives, including evaluation of build, buy, and partner opportunities. Participates in executive‑level negotiations with clients, partners, and vendors to enable growth and maintain competitive advantage.
- Identifies and manages strategic partnerships to achieve organizational goals.
- Develops and maintains strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and technology partners to ensure transparency, alignment, and long‑term product success.
- Establishes and leverages customer and market feedback mechanisms across the organization. Assesses insights and incorporates learnings into product strategy, roadmap prioritization, and future investments.
- Ensures organization‑wide adoption of consistent product management practices, frameworks, and terminology to enable scalable execution and decision‑making.
- Directs overall personnel activity for the product management organization, which may include directors, senior product leaders, and specialized roles inside and outside direct chain of command. Oversees staffing, retention, development, and succession planning while maintaining open communication and engagement.
- Directs, manages, develops, and oversees product management budgets; ensures activities are appropriately funded, coordinated, and managed within approved resource constraints. Balances investment discipline with innovation and growth needs.
What we're looking for
- Master’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Fifteen or more years of progressive experience in strategy, M&A, consulting, or related disciplines.
- Eight or more years in a senior leadership or executive management capacity.
- Experience operating in a global organization of significant size, scope, and complexity.
- Experience working within a technology and/or services‑intensive business.
- Strong understanding of the management implications of financial, market, and performance data.
- Working knowledge of healthcare ecosystem – payer or Medicaid knowledge & experience a plus.

- This position is remote or hybrid, depending on business needs, with up to 15% travel annually.

The pay range for this position is $168,000.00 - $240,000.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
