Your role in our mission
The Wintel System Administrator will be responsible for hands-on management of Windows and VMware environments, supporting multiple healthcare accounts. The role includes system patching, troubleshooting, user support, and security compliance, along with participation in an on-call rotation for 24x7 after-hours support.
- Windows OS Patching: Perform patching on Windows 2008-2025 and use enterprise tools for patch management.
- ESX Host Patching: Maintain and update ESX hosts.
- Monitoring and Alerts: Respond to system alerts and resolve any identified issues.
- Break-Fix Support: Troubleshoot and resolve Windows break-fix issues.
- User Assistance: Help users with application installation and permissions.
- Active Directory Support: Manage and configure Active Directory.
- Wintel & VMware Support: Provide ongoing support for multiple healthcare accounts.
- Security Compliance: Ensure adherence to security standards and remediation of vulnerabilities.
- Hardware Coordination: Manage server hardware repair/replacement.
- Environment Setup: Build new Windows environments and upgrade existing systems.
What we're looking for
- 7+ years of experience with Windows Server 2012 and later.
- Proficiency in installing and configuring Group Policy Objects (GPOs) for Windows Domains.
- Strong experience with Windows user administration.
- Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams for application installation and issue resolution.
What you should expect in this role
This role requieres on call rotation for 24x7 including afterhours support
This is a fully remote position with the flexibility to work from home, and we are considering candidates from all US locations.
Video cameras must be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientation.

The pay range for this position is $72,800.00 - $104,000.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
