Summary
As a Workforce Management Specialist at Gainwell, you can contribute your skills as we harness the power of leadership and technology to help our functional and project teams by providing the labor resources needed to be successful. This includes managing supply and demand needs for Gainwell’s project portfolio across the organization and maintaining an optimal workforce by overseeing labor utilization, billability, and forecasts.
Your role in our mission
- Oversee staffing and resource needs across functional areas or project leads to ensure that staffing objectives are met.
- Develops demand forecasts with account teams on small to medium sized projects to assist functional areas or departments in planning and delivering end-to-end services.
- Works with functional areas or departments to staff the demand forecast needs across functional teams and projects
- Manage and adhere to established policies and procedures around staffing, labor utilization, and forecasting across each functional team and account. Monitors over and underutilization of resources and works with management on required actions.
- Work with cross-functional and cross-organization leads to fulfill the staffing needs of the projects across the Implementation Practice.
- Identifies and leads service improvements to increase efficiency within our teams and organization.
- Partners with functional areas or departments to integrate new, enhanced and existing service offerings for accounts.
- Work with partnering suppliers to fulfill open demand.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to less experienced personnel
What we're looking for
- Twelve or more years of support services, project, or program experience
- Strong project management skills
- Strong communication skills
- Good skills in managing to contracts and budgets

The pay range for this position is $80,600.00 - $115,200.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
