The work is limited to application development and does not include handling or processing of sensitive health information.

 

 

Gainwell is seeking a proactive and experienced Anaplan Support Analyst to join our Corporate IT team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, supporting business-critical systems, and working directly with business stakeholders in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Your role in our mission

Key Responsibilities

Support & Troubleshooting: Act as the primary contact for user inquiries, resolving technical issues related to access, processes, and scripts.

Model Maintenance: Maintain, optimize, and enhance existing Anaplan models (modules, lists, dashboards) to improve performance and stability.

Ticket Management: Manage the full lifecycle of support tickets, from intake to resolution and documentation.

Data Integration & Quality: Support ETL processes, Anaplan Connect, and data integration with other systems (CRM, ERP).

User Support & Training: Provide training and documentation to end-users and stakeholders.

Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving models and best practices within the system. 

 

What we're looking for

Basic Qualification 

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, information systems or related field preferred

Three or more years of support services or project or program experience

Experience working with the technology industry

Experience working with company products and operating systems

Experience working with computer systems and their use

Certification: Anaplan Level 2 Model Builder (Level 3 Master Anaplanner is highly preferred).

Experience: 3-4+ years of experience in Anaplan, data analysis, or similar planning tools.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in building/maintaining complex models, working with hierarchies, and using Data Hubs.

Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Finance, or a related field.

Soft Skills: Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
