Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Advisor – Business Analyst with deep expertise in healthcare systems, enterprise applications, and Agile delivery. This role requires a strategic thinker who can translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions, drive product direction, and support mission-critical production systems. The ideal candidate brings strong domain knowledge, stakeholder leadership, and hands-on experience in backlog management, incident governance, and cross-functional collaboration, particularly within regulated environments such as US Healthcare.

Your role in our mission

As an Advisor – Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in shaping and delivering business solutions that drive operational excellence and improve customer outcomes. You will:
Lead requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical feasibility
Drive product roadmap planning, backlog prioritization, and refinement to maximize business value
Partner with stakeholders, product owners, and delivery teams to define user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional designs
Oversee and support production environments (L1/L2) including incident triaging, SLA adherence, and continuous improvement initiatives
Identify trends, risks, and recurring issues, and work with engineering teams to implement sustainable solutions
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between Business, Development, QA, and Operations teams
Support testing, validation, and release readiness, ensuring solutions meet business requirements and quality standards
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts and team members, fostering strong delivery practices
Drive stakeholder communication, ensuring transparency, alignment, and timely escalation of critical issues

What we're looking for

We are looking for a candidate who brings a strong combination of domain expertise, analytical thinking, and leadership:
Experience:
10+ years of experience in Business Analysis/Product Analysis, preferably within healthcare or enterprise systems
Proven experience in Agile/Scrum and SAFe frameworks
Strong background in production support, incident management, and SLA governance
Domain & Functional Expertise:
Experience in Healthcare domain
Strong skills in requirement elicitation, business process analysis, and solution design
Expertise in backlog management, story writing, and acceptance criteria definition
Technical & Tools:
Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow, SQL, Postman, and enterprise application ecosystems
Experience working with Pega-based or similar enterprise platforms is a strong advantage
Leadership & Soft Skills:
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills
Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in fast-paced environments
Proven ability to mentor teams and drive continuous improvement
