The work is limited to requirement analysis of the product and does not include handling or processing of sensitive health information.
Your role in our mission
Having 10 or more years of experience, this position will be responsible for supporting Data Analytics initiatives by performing a combined role of Business Analyst. The Business Analyst will work closely with the stakeholders, data engineers, and analytics teams to gather, analyze, and document requirements, and to ensure business needs are accurately mapped to analytical solutions and end products.The role requires strong analytical capabilities, hands‑on SQL experience, and a solid understanding of data analytics concepts within the Data Analytics domain. The Business Analyst will be responsible for reviewing and auditing change requests, validating testing approaches, and ensuring that implementation plans are detailed, feasible, and aligned with business objectives.
What we're looking for
• 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst and/or Data Analyst, preferably in data analytics or reporting projects.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, including writing complex queries for data analysis, validation, and reconciliation.
• Strong knowledge of analytical tools, including Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data analysis).
• Experience using requirement mapping and ALM tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps, HP ALM, Rally).
• Proven experience working with the stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
• Strong US Data Analytics domain knowledge, including reporting, metrics, and data driven decision support.
• Experience working in large corporate (matrix) environments with multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to map business requirements to analytical outputs such as reports, dashboards, and datasets.
• Strong understanding of change management, including reviewing and auditing change requests.
• Ability to evaluate testing strategies and practices to ensure adequate coverage and business alignment.
• Experience reviewing implementation and deployment plans to ensure readiness and risk mitigation.
• Strong documentation skills, including BRDs, FRDs, data mappings, process flows, and use cases.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to both technical and non technical audiences.
• Demonstrated problem solving skills and strong attention to detail.
