This role is strictly involved in business analysis, requirements documentation, and healthcare reference data support activities and does not involve direct access to Protected Health Information (PHI), Personally Identifiable Information (PII), or any secured or confidential client data. The work is limited to analysis of healthcare claims, reference code sets, and system configurations using governed datasets and does not include handling or processing of sensitive health or personal information.
Your role in our mission
- This position will be responsible for supporting enterprise content and document management initiatives by performing a dual role as a Business Analyst and Data Analyst.
- The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, clients, and technical teams to gather requirements, analyze data, and map end‑to‑end solutions within the C3M, FileNet, and CMOD domain.
- The Business/Data Analyst will be responsible for eliciting and documenting business and functional requirements, validating change requests, and ensuring appropriate testing strategies and implementation plans are in place.
- This role requires strong analytical skills, deep domain understanding of document and content management systems, and the ability to audit solution changes to ensure quality, compliance, and operational readiness.
- The ideal candidate must be comfortable working with SQL for data analysis and validation, possess strong communication skills, and demonstrate the ability to work effectively across multiple teams and high‑priority initiatives
What we're looking for
- 6–9 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, including writing complex queries for data analysis, validation, and reconciliation.
- Proven experience working directly with clients and business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
- Strong domain knowledge and hands‑on experience with C3M (Customer Communications Management), IBM FileNet, and IBM CMOD (Content Manager OnDemand).
- Ability to map business requirements to end products and technical solutions.
- Experience collaborating with technical teams to validate design, implementation, and delivery.
- Strong understanding of change management, including reviewing and auditing change requests for completeness, impact, and feasibility.
- Ability to assess and validate testing practices, ensuring adequate coverage and alignment with business requirements.
- Experience reviewing and validating implementation and deployment plans within the content management domain.
- Strong documentation skills, including preparation of BRDs, FRDs, data mappings, process flows, and use cases.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem‑solving skills with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working in regulated or high‑volume document environments (banking, insurance, healthcare, government).
- Familiarity with document lifecycle management, archiving, and retention policies.
- Exposure to ETL or data integration concepts supporting content platforms.
- Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery models.
- Knowledge of testing methodologies, including UAT planning and defect management.
- Ability to perform solution impact analysis and risk assessment.
- Strong ability to multitask and perform effectively in high‑pressure environments.
