Summary
The Contract Administrator will be responsible for administering contracts with vendors and clients through the contracting lifecycle using corporate contract management, customer relationship management and e-signature system applications. This role will interact with internal teams and stakeholders to manage compliance processes, ensure operational excellence. and provide timely updates and support on various contractual issues, including use of the contract management system. This role is strictly involved in the development of the product and does not involve access to Protected Health Information (PHI) & Personally Identifiable Information (PII) or any secured/confidential client data. Your role in our mission
- Onboarding and ongoing training of contract management system users to support business growth initiatives.
- Maintaining and abstracting contractual agreements in contract management system.
- Managing contract expirations, including renewals and terminations.
- Generating and updating management reports through the contract management system.
- Overseeing the analysis of data to ensure business controls and data integrity.
- Coordinating periodic certifications, and other disclosure-based documentation required by contracts and regulatory bodies.
What we're looking for
- 5+ years in contract administration, compliance, and management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Pre-law, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Strong experience in contract review, processes, and reporting (Working knowledge of technology / US state government contracts preferred).
- Proficiency in contract management best practices and controls.
- Ability to manage confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Strong decision making skills based on sound judgment.
- Must be able to work effectively as a team member with every level of Gainwell staff.
- Keeps others, especially supervisor, informed of pertinent information on a timely basis.
- Excellent research, analytical, problem solving and organizational skills required.
- Must be able to work independently, manage multiple projects/priorities and meet deadlines.
- Must be a self-starter with initiative and ability to seek guidance when necessary.
- Ability to deliver high quality work product and with a high degree of independence in a timely manner.
- Demonstrated proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint and contract management tools.
- Ability to drive project timelines to completion working with a cross-functional team.
