Your role in our mission
- Cloud and Infrastructure Management: Architect, implement, and oversee cloud services, including Virtual Machines, Active Directory, Virtual Networks, Object Storage, Functions, Databases, Service Bus, and Monitor.
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Design, develop, standardize, and maintain secure, repeatable infrastructure deployments using Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM Templates, Deployment Manager.
- Containerization & Orchestration: Lead the design, management, and scaling of container infrastructures (AWS ECS, EKS, GKE), Kubernetes clusters, and node pools.
- Microservices Deployment: Create, maintain, and optimize deployment manifests for microservices using Helm.
- Service Mesh Implementation: Deploy and manage service mesh technologies like Istio for gateways, virtual services, traffic routing, and fault injection.
- System & Network Configuration: Configure, monitor, and optimize DNS, application servers, load balancers, and firewalls to efficiently handle high-volume traffic.
- Monitoring & Observability: Establish and maintain robust monitoring, logging, and observability solutions using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, Splunk, Jaeger, Kiali, CloudTrail, Open Telemetry, Dynatrace, and Elastic Stack.
- Continuous Integration & Deployment (CI/CD): Develop and maintain advanced CI/CD pipelines with Git and CI/CD platforms (Jenkins, GitLab, CircleCI, Bamboo, Travis CI, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).
- Automation & Scripting: Automate build, test, and deployment processes using scripting languages such as Java, Python, Shell, or PowerShell.
- DevSecOps Practices: Integrate comprehensive security measures into CI/CD pipelines, enforce quality gates and vulnerability scans, and manage artifact repositories (Nexus, JFrog Artifactory).
- Incident Management & Troubleshooting: Rapidly troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure, containerization, and deployment issues.
- Performance & Optimization: Continuously monitor, evaluate, and optimize infrastructure performance, cost-efficiency, reliability, and scalability.
- Disaster Recovery & Incident Response: Lead the development and oversight of disaster recovery strategies, incident response procedures, and high-availability solutions.
What we're looking for
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- 2-14 years of proven experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or related technical roles with significant experience in healthcare or regulated industries.
- Expert-level proficiency in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Extensive hands-on experience architecting and managing CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions).
- Deep expertise in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Pulumi, CloudFormation).
- Advanced knowledge of containerization and orchestration platforms (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell for automation.
- In-depth experience in configuration management (Ansible, Chef, Puppet).
- Extensive familiarity with monitoring, logging, and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, Splunk, ELK Stack).
- Comprehensive understanding of security principles, vulnerability management, and compliance standards applicable to healthcare technology.
