Your role in our mission

When joining Gainwell, you will: 

• Design, develop, and deploy advanced data pipelines, machine learning models, and AI solutions to address business challenges 
• Analyze large, complex datasets (structured and unstructured) to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights 
• Lead model development, validation, and optimization to ensure performance, accuracy, and scalability 
• Collaborate with data engineering, analytics, and business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions and production-ready models 
• Develop and maintain documentation, dashboards, and reporting to communicate insights and model performance 
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance data processes, models, and analytics capabilities 

What we're looking for

• 5–7+ years of experience in data science, AI/ML, data engineering, or advanced analytics roles 
• Strong expertise in machine learning, statistical modeling, and data analysis techniques 
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL, with experience in model development and deployment 
• Experience working with large-scale datasets, data platforms, and cloud or big data technologies 
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders
