Summary

 

The HRIS (SuccessFactors) Leader – Director will be responsible for strategic ownership, governance, and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors across all HR functions. This role will lead a team of HR technology professionals, partner with business stakeholders, and ensure seamless integration of HRIS with organizational processes in India and globally. This role is strictly involved in the building & customizing the enterprise applications and does not involve access to Protected Health Information (PHI) & Personally Identifiable Information (PII) or any secured/confidential client data. The work is limited to application development & demo and does not include handling or processing of sensitive health information.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership
    Define and execute the HRIS roadmap aligned with business and HR strategy.
    Drive digital transformation initiatives within HR using SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Recruitment, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Learning, etc).
    Establish governance frameworks, data integrity standards, and compliance protocols.

 

  • System Management & Optimization
    Oversee configuration, upgrades, and enhancements of SuccessFactors.
    Ensure system scalability, security, and performance.
    Manage integrations with payroll, finance, and other enterprise systems.

 

  • Stakeholder Engagement
    Partner with HR, IT, and business leaders to identify needs and deliver solutions.
    Act as the primary liaison with SAP and external vendors.
    Provide executive-level reporting and analytics to support decision-making.

 

  • Team Leadership
    Lead and mentor HRIS specialists, analysts, and administrators.
    Build capability through training and knowledge-sharing.
    Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

 

  • Compliance & Risk Management
    Ensure adherence to Indian labor laws, GDPR, and global data privacy regulations.
    Implement audit controls and risk mitigation strategies.

Qualifications

 

  • Education: MBA/PGDM in HR, IT, or related field preferred.
  • Experience: 12–18 / 25-30 years in HR technology, with at least 5-10 years in leadership roles.
  • Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors modules, HRIS architecture, and integrations.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage vendors, and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong background in HR analytics, dashboards, and workforce insights.
