Summary

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Marketing Analyst to transform complex marketing and sales data into actionable insights. The ideal candidate will have expertise in data visualization using Power BI/Tableau and will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining reports and dashboards that enable data-driven decision-making across marketing and sales teams. Additionally, this role involves analyzing and communicating insights to relevant stakeholders while supporting marketing operations.

Your role in our mission

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Reporting & Analysis:

 

  • Build and maintain advanced dashboards to track key metrics such as account engagement, campaign performance, account progression, account interactions, account scoring, and pipeline generation.
  • Work closely with the Account Executive team to deliver insights that will help them identify and prioritize high-potential accounts, guiding them through the sales funnel.

Data Extraction & Reporting:

 

  • Use marketing platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Demandbase, and others to extract, clean, and organize data, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
  • Design, develop, and maintain compelling and intuitive reports and interactive dashboards using Power BI or Tableau to visualize key marketing and sales metrics.
  • Automate and streamline data reporting processes to ensure timely and accurate reporting across all marketing activities.

Tool Management & Optimization:

 

  • Leverage BI tools like Power BI or Tableau to build interactive dashboards that allow stakeholders to track ABM campaign performance, engagement, and pipeline generation.
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and other teams to ensure alignment of data between platforms and reports.
  • Identify opportunities to integrate data across platforms, streamline reporting processes, and enhance the accuracy and efficiency of ABM reporting.

Marketing Operations Support:

 

  • Manage the project management system, ensuring smooth workflow tracking, task prioritization, and efficient project execution across marketing and sales initiatives.
  • Support operational activities related to marketing, ensuring alignment and consistency in the marketing processes.

 

Qualifications:

Education:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
  • MBA (optional but preferred) with a focus on operations or analytics.

 

Technical Skills:

 

  • 4-8 years of experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, or a related field.
  • Expert proficiency in Power BI or Tableau (including data modeling, calculated fields, and advanced visualizations).
  • Strong SQL skills for querying databases and extracting relevant data.
  • Proficiency with Excel for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot), ABM tools (e.g., Demandbase), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data insights clearly and succinctly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret marketing data, identify trends, and derive insights for actionable decision-making.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects with varying deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
