Position Overview:
Gainwell is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to oversee the execution and optimization of digital marketing operations. This role will manage marketing automation, campaign execution, lead data integrity, and performance tracking, ensuring smooth operations and reporting for marketing initiatives targeting the US public health and Medicaid sector.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in marketing automation (Marketo, HubSpot, Eloqua), CRM systems (Salesforce), data-driven marketing operations, and campaign execution. This role will serve as the operational backbone of the marketing team, ensuring campaign efficiency, accurate reporting, and seamless execution across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Automation & Campaign Execution
•    Manage and execute campaigns using marketing automation platforms (Marketo, HubSpot, Eloqua).
•    Set up, test, and troubleshoot email marketing campaigns, nurture workflows, and landing pages to drive engagement and conversions.
•    Ensure seamless lead management, scoring, and routing in collaboration with sales and field marketing teams.
•    Optimize campaign workflows and automation sequences to improve efficiency and performance.
Data Integrity, Reporting & Performance Tracking
•    Ensure data integrity in marketing automation and CRM platforms, maintaining clean and accurate lead records.
•    Build and maintain marketing performance dashboards using tools such as Salesforce, Power BI, or Google Analytics.
•    Track and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve ROI and lead conversion.
•    Support multi-channel attribution modeling to optimize budget allocation across digital marketing channels.


Process Optimization & Cross-Functional Collaboration
•    Identify and implement process improvements in marketing operations, enhancing efficiency and automation.
•    Work closely with Field Marketing, Product Marketing, and Content teams to ensure campaign goals align with business objectives.
•    Support marketing tool integrations and troubleshoot technical issues related to CRM, analytics, and automation platforms.
•    Assist with ABM campaign execution, ensuring highly targeted outreach to key state accounts.

Qualifications & Experience

•    5–8 years of experience in marketing operations, digital marketing, or marketing automation management.
•    Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (Marketo, HubSpot, Eloqua) and CRM systems (Salesforce,).
•    Strong knowledge of Account-based Marketing data management, segmentation, lead scoring, and workflow automation.
•    Experience in tracking, reporting, and analyzing marketing performance metrics using Google Analytics, Tableau, Domo, Power BI, or similar tools.
•    Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and IT teams to optimize processes and improve campaign effectiveness.
•    Strong problem-solving skills with an analytical mindset and attention to detail.
•    Knowledge of public sector or healthcare marketing is a plus but not required.
