Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Marketing Operations Manager to join our marketing team. This role is crucial in driving our Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategy forward, focusing on the end-to-end management and execution of targeted campaigns. The ideal candidate will be an expert in leveraging various ABM platforms and programmatic advertising to engage key accounts and accelerate pipeline growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Strategy & Execution:
    Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive ABM campaigns across various channels, aligning with sales and marketing objectives.
  • Platform Management:
    Oversee the day-to-day operation and optimization of core ABM platforms, including Demandbase, HubSpot, Salesforce, and other relevant ABM technologies, ensuring seamless integration and data flow.
  • Programmatic Advertising:
    Leverage programmatic ad platforms to design, launch, and optimize highly targeted account-based and people-based digital advertising campaigns, ensuring precise audience reach and efficient budget utilization.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
    Define key performance indicators (KPIs), track campaign performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports on campaign effectiveness, Account Engagement, Penetration, and Progression.
  • Sales Alignment:
    Work closely with the sales team to ensure strong alignment between ABM campaigns and sales outreach efforts, providing them with necessary insights and tools for effective follow-up.
  • A/B Testing & Optimization:
    Conduct ongoing A/B testing on campaign elements (e.g., messaging, creative, audience targeting) to identify best practices and continuously improve campaign performance.
  • Budget Management:
    Manage campaign budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum impact.
  • Market Research:
    Stay up-to-date with the latest ABM trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our strategies remain innovative and competitive.

Qualifications

  • MBA in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience (6+ years) in marketing, with a strong focus on B2B demand generation and Account-Based Marketing (ABM).
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing and implementing ABM campaigns using tools such as Demandbase, HubSpot, and Salesforce.
  • Hands-on experience leveraging programmatic advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Trade Desk, etc.) for account-based and people-based digital advertising.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams (sales, content, product).
  • A self-starter with a proactive approach and a passion for continuous learning in the marketing technology space.
