PeopleSoft - Infrastructure admin

Summary

We are seeking an experienced PeopleSoft System & Infrastructure Administrator with strong expertise in installation, configuration, administration, maintenance, and performance optimization of the PeopleSoft technical environment. This role ensures high availability, security, disaster recovery readiness, and optimal performance of the PeopleSoft Internet Architecture (PIA), application servers, web servers, process schedulers, and integration components. The administrator works closely with DBAs, developers, and infrastructure teams to support upgrades, patches, system refreshes, and ongoing operations. Work independently as well as with team on PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 application with People Tools 8.56 or higher tools version

What we're looking for

• Strong hands-on experience with PeopleTools 8.56 or higher and PeopleSoft applications 9.2 infrastructure
• Extensive experience with:
• PeopleSoft Update Manager (PUM)
• Change Assistant
• PeopleTools and application upgrades
• Patching and maintenance packs

• Strong expertise in WebLogic server administration.
• Experience with UNIX/Linux and Windows operating systems.
• Understanding of database platforms (Oracle, SQL Server).
• Experience with backup, restore, cloning, and DR testing processes.
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills across infrastructure components.
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation and organizational skills.
