Your role in our mission
Data & Technical Analysis :Develop, implement, and maintain applications using .NET technologies and SQL to support PBM processes.
Translate business and technical requirements into actionable solutions, ensuring alignment with system architecture and best practices
Project Solutioning :Provide expertise in Medicaid projects, defining technical requirements, system workflows, and implementation strategies.
Assist in the design, development, and implementation of PBM and MMIS-related systems, ensuring data integrity and optimal application performance throughout the lifecycle.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize PBM and MMIS processes and recommend improvements.
SQL Server & .NET Development : Design and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database schemas for enhanced application performance.
Utilize .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core) to develop enterprise-level applications.
Work with development teams to implement coding standards, conduct code reviews, and optimize logic across applications.
System & Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process and system optimizations, recommending strategies to enhance quality, system performance, and operational efficiency.
Drive automation efforts to minimize manual processes and improve workflow efficiency.
Cloud-based PBM Leadership & Governance (optional) : Lead large-scale cloud migrations for legacy PBM systems and Drive cost optimization and FinOps for cloud efficiency
What we're looking for
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
Experience: 8-10 years of professional experience in data analysis and/or technical analysis, with at least 5 years in an MMIS environment.
Hands-on experience with QNXT or similar healthcare claims/encounter management systems.
Experience with .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core) and SQL development is highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of pharmacy claims processing, formulary management, drug pricing, and benefit designs.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL Server, including performance tuning, query optimization, and stored procedure development.
Strong experience in .NET framework (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core).
Experience with data integration, ETL processes, and web services/APIs.
Healthcare Knowledge (optional): Solid understanding of Medicaid, Medicare, or other healthcare program management.
Functional knowledge of Member, Provider, Claims, and related system workflows.
Leadership & Soft Skills: Proven ability to lead and mentor cross-functional teams.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to high-quality solutions.
